when looking at this trasport ship in the games database, the discription says 5% bonus to cargo. My Question is this, is that per industrial level like the Mark V? The discription doesnt say per level, just 5%.

I may have missed this in the thread but there are modules missing when I try to use the program. Like all of the large projectiles and the Microwarp drives. Is there something i need to do to update the program so all the modules show up?
